Bonchon Chicken?

I'm a foodie! And being a foodie doesn't end at being just one. As a foodie you need to know how to cook you favorite dishes or else get lost in your own cravings! And so I've watch "Kimchi Chronicles" Lifestyle channel and I crave for Bonchon or anything with Buffalo sauce! And so tomorrow morning our brunch was a plain boring fried chicken! And so I researched the recipe of a good buffalo sauce online and the ingredients are not available in our kitchen!

Sauce Ingredients:

I substitute the red sauce with Del Monte Banana Ketchup, The Hot sauce with The real red hot chili! Then I added some Mama Sita's Barbecue Sauce! Chop the garlic finely and combine it. Add the melted Margarine, the one that's sweet blend! Add salt and pepper to taste! Well the VINEGAR IS OPTIONAL!

For the Chicken:

Batter:
You may combine your preferred breading mix with milk or water. You can also put the eggs in the batter mixture. And add some cornstarch for your preferred consistency!

Instructions:
1. Add some pepper and salt to the raw chicken. (paprika, optional)
2. Dip in the batter. BE SURE ITS WELL COATED!
3. Roll in the bread crumbs.
4. Before deep frying make sure that the oil is hot.
5. When the chicken is golden brown remove it in the frying pan. Set aside and drain the excess oil!
6. Prepare a container. Put the chicken and spill a humble amount of sauce. Seal the container and shake it like you mean it! Haha!
7. Assemble the plate and prepare your desired dipping Mayo. Serve with cucumber or carrots! Enjoy!

Eat with your hands!
